As I mentioned last week the Bridge to Brisbane is coming up soon. But a different kind of race is also coming up – the Great Brisbane Duck Race.
Now don’t stress, real ducks aren’t used in the race, but rather little rubber ducks are placed into the Brisbane River to race a 100m course on Sunday the 12th of September.
By taking part in the Great Brisbane Duck Race you will be helping to support cancer research and giving yourself the chance to win a Toyata Yaris or $5000 in cash if your duck is the first to cross the finish line.
