Everton Park residents currently have the opportunity to apply for a number of community grants that are being offered by the Brisbane City Council.

The grants programs are provided to the Brisbane community to help non-profit community groups develop and help improve the facilities and services on offer in Brisbane.

The grants aren’t just for groups though; some grants are available for individuals who need financial assistance in areas such as arts, history, sports and events. Some grants are also given to help those who take care of sick or injured native wildlife or who help others in the community.

So if you live in Brisbane then you should check out the grants on offer to see if you qualify for funding.

You can view the grants and awards on offer by following this link.

If you have a project and you aren’t sure whether or not it qualifies for funding then you can call the Brisbane City Council on 07 3403 8888 and speak to a program officer who will also be able to give you advice regarding how to apply.

Good luck to all of the individuals and groups who apply and helpfully you will receive assistance that will help benefit you and the Everton Park community.
