Taking place on Saturday May 5, the Garage Sale Trail is a hyper local event that takes place on a national scale.
The aim of the event is to help encourage us all to reduce, reuse and recycle by having as many garage sales as possible on the one day. The Garage Sale Trail helps sellers advertise their event and their sale items, and it can be used as a great opportunity to raise money either as an individual, a business or a community group.
The Garage Sale Trail will also be great for those who are fans of finding rare and unique goods or a good bargain. The Garage Sale Trail may be a national event, but it’s also very community orientated and it should provide for a fun (and hopefully profitable) day for many people in the Everton Park area whether they’re looking to buy or sell – plus it’s a great way of teaching us all how we can be a little more sustainable.
