FloodWith so much wild weather, and the destruction of property and loss of lives across the country, our team at Professionals Keith Brady Real Estate, Everton Park want to ask all residents in Everton Park to please be careful, be insured, and be prepared.

As severe weather and flooding has already hit parts of Queensland and northern New South Wales, we’d like to take this opportunity to point you in the direction of the Bureau of Meteorology website so that you can stay abreast of current weather warnings.  We’d also like to reiterate the SES advice always call 000 if you’re in need of emergency help.

We recently wrote a blog asking, are you insured?  The purpose of this was to highlight the risks associated with being uninsured, whether you’re a real estate owner, renter or investor.  If you missed it the first time please go back and read it now, and determine whether your insurance is up to date and covers you for all that you may need.

Our team at Professionals Keith Brady Real Estate, Everton Park are sending our thoughts to all those affected by the floods in Queensland and New South Wales, as well as those still facing bushfire threats in Victoria.  We desperately hope that you all stay safe, and a change in the weather will restore calm for all very soon.
