Hard to believe it, but January has already passed and we are now truly settled into doing business for 2010.

Having enjoyed a lovely almost incident free holiday with my family in January on the Sunshine Coast, I have begun the business year with renewed focus, direction, and enthusiasm.

 

My main focus for this year is quite simply, ‘what can we do to improve the real estate experience for our clients and customers?’ It will be about getting back to basics and streamlining our proven methods, combined with new marketing and technology, and standards for our team to commit to.
