Well I’m sure everybody is looking forward to this weekend coming up because for most of us it will mean four luxurious days off work to spend with our friends and family or maybe even enjoying some well-deserved rest & relaxation!
I know that everyone in our Everton Park real estate office enjoys the Easter long weekend (even though a few will still be working on Saturday), some have even told me they enjoy the Easter weekend more than the Christmas break and I can understand why. There aren’t many times of the year where we can just stop for a moment and have a stress-free holiday without having to worry about parties, presents or seeing the entire family in just the one day!
Christmas time is great but it is always such a frantic time of year and sometimes we need a holiday just to get over the Christmas holidays, whereas Easter is more of an opportunity to step away from the action for a few days and enjoy some good company and maybe even some yummy chocolate while we’re at it!
For me I’ll be going away and spending some time with some wonderful friends of mine, and as much as I enjoy work and absolutely love what I do I think it is so important that we all take some time away from our jobs every so often to take pleasure in the other great things we have in our lives.
Hopefully this weekend is a great one for everyone and I hope that you all have a fantastic time whether you are hunting for Easter Eggs, camping by the beach or doing whatever else you decide!
