Brian Brady Those of you who know me may have heard me use the phrase “I love Everton Park” before. And I do.
And so do many of the residents.
Reasons why I love Everton Park:
- My family have been part of the community here for over 35 years
- I’ve made some amazing friends in the community
- It’s a friendly neighbourhood
- Other people in Everton Park love it
- It’s close enough to the city without being overcrowded or busy
- Has a great existing and growing infrastructure – education, sport, recreation, businesses & services
- I love going to work everyday
- Lower crime rate than southern metropolitan suburbs
- Great place to raise a family

These are just some of the things about Everton Park that I love, and I could give you thousands more!
