Everton Park
This Sunday in Everton Park, local residents can get their hands on free plants!
As part of the Brisbane City Council’s Green Up program, free native plants will be given away at Teralba Park this Sunday, November 27, from 9am until 11am.
Apart from the free plants on offer though, visitors will also be able to pick up tips about garden and sustainable living and there will be entertainment from local band, The Cheap Fakes.
The Green Up event will also have a free sausage sizzle, a jumping castle and snow cones for the kids.
All in all it should be a great community event and it is completely free, so there’s no reason not to drop into Everton Park’s Teralba Park this Sunday.
