Finding a builder that you want to renovate your home can often be an arduous chore. First you need to find them either through word of mouth or advertising, and then you need to meet them, get a quote and then meet a few more so that you can get a few quotes to compare!
But there is a new website around called serviceseeking.com.au that might help make finding a builder or tradesmen a little easier for you!
Basically it makes the builders come to you. You post up the job that needs doing at your property, and then businesses will send you a quote on the job or correspond with you further. Then you can either choose the best quote or keep looking if none of them are what you’re after.
Of course you still might not find the builder that you are looking for by using a website such as this, but at least it might help you to get an idea of the price you should expect to pay for your job and it will help you save a little bit of time searching and getting multiple quotes.
