Everton Park
There might be stories in the news right now about the property market slowing down, but according to the latest figures by the ABS, there is due to be 4 million new homes in Australia in just 25 years time.
Queensland is expected to have the fastest and largest household growth as well, with an increase of between 1.0 million to 1.1 million homes.
Some other interesting figures coming from the ABS media release were that while family households would stay as the most popular living arrangement (accounting for 2.4 million of new homes) there will be a significant rise in couple only households and single households too!
So where will Everton Park sit in all of this? Well while I don’t know exactly where we will be in 25 years time, if Queensland is experiencing strong growth there is a good chance that we will be too, especially being only 8km from the Brisbane CBD. Chances are we will also remain a popular place to live for families with or without children, and like always there will be some amazing homes here for everyone to reside.
