Free Native Plants for Brisbane Residents

Brian Brady Everton Park Real Estate | Latest News 22nd October, 2010 No Comments
If you are a Brisbane City Council ratepayer, did you know that you are eligible to receive two free native plants for your property every year?

Well now you do! To receive your free plants, Brisbane ratepayers need to be able to provide their first rates notice for the current calendar year to a Brisbane City Council customer service centre, library, or a ward office.

Once you have had your rates notice stamped you will receive a free native plants voucher. These vouchers can then be exchanged at your local nursery for two free native plants.

New homeowners in newly developed areas of Brisbane (Everton Park is included) are eligible for four free native plants and they should receive a letter about this when ordering their recycling bin.
