When selling your home there are a number of small changes you can make to help improve the outcome of your sale.
Of course one of the key things when selling is presenting your home at its best possible standard. First impressions are particularly important, so while it’s important to make sure the inside of your home looks great, don’t forget about the outside!
For instance, how does your front lawn look? If it’s looking a bit brown or patchy than you might like to consider ripping up your old lawn and laying down fresh turf.
There’s nothing like turning up to an open home with a fresh, green lawn out the front. If visitors have a good reaction to the outside of a house this generally helps set the mood for the rest of the inspection too.
So if your front lawn has seen better days, then it might be time for some new turf! Adding new turf is a cheap improvement and yet it can add significant value to your home and help attract buyers too!
