With fruit and vegetable prices so high at the moment, Brisbane’s residents have been looking at ways to help cut down on their grocery bills.

One of the easiest ways to do this is to grow your own fruit and vegetables in the backyard. Not only will this make your grocery bill much smaller but it will also mean you’ll be eating fresher produce and you won’t have to worry about chemicals on your food.

Having a vegetable patch in your own backyard has so many benefits and the gardening itself can be a fun and educational experience for you and your family.
