This blog post may not be for the sceptics but it is a topic that has been raised over the years. Does the energy (or feng shui) of the home affect the sale or purchase of a house?
Even if the price is right, the agent is right, the house is clean and you live in the best suburb, a sale may not happen straight away. Or perhaps you yourself have experienced walking through the front door of a house and felt that something just wasn’t right?
Regardless of what you may believe about feng shui, the placement of furniture and other objects around the home all help create a certain mood or feeling in a home and when you’re trying to sell you obviously want a positive mood in your house! So whether you choose to utilise feng shui or not, when staging a home for sale think about the way that people will feel when they walk through your front door.
If you’ve been trying to sell your home for some time now and just aren’t getting the results that you hoped for, then feng shui could be helpful for you.
