Homebuyers who have been hoping to take advantage of the Queensland Government’s Building Boost now have a little longer to make their claim, thanks to a 3-month extension.
The scheme has been available since August of last year and it offers $10,000 to buyers building new homes worth up to $600,000.
The boost can be used by first home buyers and non-first home buyers and it has so far proven to be a great help to those who are thinking about getting into the Queensland property market.
So for the homebuyers who have been worried that they wouldn’t catch the Queensland Building Boost in time, they now have until the end of April.
With the Building Boost, low property prices, low interest rates and other incentives such as the first home buyers grant still available, now is definitely a good time to be buying.
